Canadian doctor <a href="https://rairfoundation.com/canadas-search-and-destroy-mission-against-doctor-refusing-to-surrender-medical-records-of-covid-vaccine-exempt-patients-exclusive/">Mary O’Conner </a>has been threatened with prison for refusing to violate her patient’s medical privacy and safety. Yet, despite the government’s intimidation tactics and harassment, the brave doctor of 50 years continues her selfless fight to protect her patient’s rights and those of every Canadian citizen.In September 2022, Dr. O’Conner delivered a powerful speech detailing her fight for her patient’s safety who are under attack. But, as she explained, her battle is “now a battle to&nbsp;fight for every patient, for their Rights:<blockquote>1. Right to access medical treatment2. Right to adequate medical treatment3. Right to privacy of their medical records&nbsp;</blockquote>Dr. O’Conner, who has been practicing medicine in her office for 44 years, went to Parliament Hill to explain her situation and warn others that the&nbsp;attacks happening to her and her patients could soon happen to everyone.<div class="raw-html-embed"><iframe class="rumble" width="640" height="360" src="https://rumble.com/embed/v1ka8q4/?pub=yeog4" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>On October 8, 2021. the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) contacted Dr. O’Conner. They had become aware that she was writing medical exemptions for patients for masks, PCR tests, and “vaccines.”&nbsp;The CPSO has the mandate to govern the practice of medicine in Ontario. Doctors must belong to this “College” to practice medicine in Canada.It was discovered that some of the employers of O’Conner’s patients had contacted the CPSO&nbsp;to see if her exemptions were “legitimate.” The CPSO responded by demanding that she turn over the names and charts of all her patients who had received medical exemptions.&nbsp;They demanded she violate the legal rights of her patients. O’Conner explains, “I was asked to violate my patient’s rights…both to choose their medical treatment and the Right to have their private medical&nbsp;records remain confidential between themselves and their doctor.”The investigators from the CPSO were instructed they could enter her office “by force, if necessary, and no one was allowed to obstruct them.”Fearing for her patients and her safety, O’Conner had a friend stand guard at her medical office and lock the door between patients.&nbsp;On Nov. 4, 2021, the group forbade the doctor from writing her patients any more exemptions. However, O’Connor did not receive their message until November 24.&nbsp;On November 22, a “Private Eye” hired by the “College” tricked O’Conner into giving her an exemption. What followed is terrifying; on December 8th,&nbsp; as she had feared, four investigators stormed her office. The doctor’s friend was there alone and had not locked the door. They entrapped her friend in the boardroom. The chief investigator pummeled him with questions as to her whereabouts. They were extremely&nbsp;aggressive and traumatized her friend. While three investigators terrorized him, one searched her file cabinets, but thankfully, she had moved her charts months before.The investigators did not stop with Mary’s friend or office; they went to her old neighborhood and harassed neighbors, demanding they reveal where she had moved.On December 23, midnight,&nbsp;the radicalized medical body suspended Dr. O’Conner’s medical license.&nbsp;On January 7, they took her to Ontario Superior Court, held online in what they called “ZOOM court.” Those targeting Dr. O’Conner’s patients, careers, and livelihoods were allowed to black out their faces and hide their identities. Meanwhile, the doctor of 50 years, who has worked endlessly to improve people’s lives, was allowed to be maligned and smeared publicly while her accusers were protected?Why was Dr. O’Conner deprived of her right to face her accusers? Sadly she lost her case. &nbsp;The Judge ruled against her patients. He said she had to hand over the names and charts of patients who received medical exemptions.Despite the court ruling, she refused to do so. Dr. O’conner explained, “I will not violate my oath or my patient’s medical privacy.”Thankfully, she intends to Appeal.&nbsp;However, she could be found in contempt of Court for refusing to comply. This could mean that an 80-plus-year-old doctor can end up serving prison time.&nbsp;This could mean that any doctor could be punished for protecting their patient’s right to medical privacy.If the CPSO is successful against her, this will mean that Canadian’s most intimate private medical details could be given to the “College” if they decide there is an “Emergency,” and there will be no way for you to fight back.Dr. O’conner is asking citizens to take action now,<blockquote>Now is the time for you to speak with your doctors and know whether they are willing to protect your medical files or will they hand over your most private and confidential details to the “College”.&nbsp;</blockquote>The brave doctor ended her powerful speech with a message to those attacking her, her patients, and all of Canadian’s medical freedoms and privacy,<blockquote>I say to the “College”, Dr. Nancy Whitmore, the 4 Investigators, the private eyes, the newspaper reporters, the lawyers, and the Judge.&nbsp;I am not angry.&nbsp;I feel great sorrow for you. Dr Mary O'Conner faces prison after refusing to turn over COVID 'vaccine exempt' patients' private medical records

By Alex NewmanAs the global war on educational liberty heats up, Johns Hopkins School of Education is launching a new “<a href="https://education.jhu.edu/edpolicy/policy-research-initiatives/homeschool-hub/">Homeschool Hub</a>” that has experts and advocates deeply concerned. Many say it is part of the escalating effort to bring homeschooling families under government control.&nbsp;The new entity is funded by advocates of taxpayer funding for private and home education. The United Nations education agency in recent years has called on governments to fund “non-state education providers” with tax money in order to impose “equity” goals, national testing regimes, “non-discrimination” schemes, and more.&nbsp;Leaders in the homeschooling movement and Christian education told The Newman Report that this scheme by Johns Hopkins posed a “clear and present danger” to home educators. From the information that is publicly available so far, those concerns do not appear unreasonable.&nbsp;Virtually the entire leadership of prominent national and state homeschooling organizations have been opposed to government funding of home education. In fact, homeschooling families and advocacy organizations have been a constant thorn in the side of “school choice” advocates seeking to get home educators hooked on tax funds.&nbsp;The reason why leaders of the homeschooling movement have been largely united on the issue is simple. They believe control and regulation by government will be the inevitable result of taxpayer money — especially since this is what the historical record shows. Concerns about dependency and expanding the size and scope of government exist, too.However, by bringing a new player into homeschooling world — a powerful voice backed by academic credentials and big money seeking “school choice” funding — critics are concerned about possible nefarious intentions. The goal seems to be, in part, to sideline and displace existing voices in the movement. &nbsp; &nbsp;On its website, the new “Homeschool Hub” styles itself the “one-stop shop for current information on homeschooling data, regulations, and research across the United States.” Supposedly, in-depth data and information on all fifty states will be made available on the site, though it has not been fully fleshed out yet.&nbsp;“As homeschooling continues to expand and evolve, we need a better understanding of this growing and diversifying education sector,” argued Dr. Angela Watson, Homeschool Hub creator and assistant professor of education. “We need policy based on facts, not historical stereotypes. My hope is that the Homeschool Hub will help fill these needs.”There are already multiple established and credible services offering exactly that kind of information online. These include the <a href="https://hslda.org/">Home School Legal Defense Association</a> (HSLDA), a powerhouse with detailed insights on the legal environment serving hundreds of thousands of member families that opposes government funding and control of homeschooling.&nbsp;Another major resource on homeschooling data and research is the <a href="https://www.nheri.org/">National Home Education Research Institute</a> (NHERI). Widely recognized as the top repository for research on homeschooling in the world, NHERI and its leader, Dr. Brain Ray, have long been seen as the “one-stop shop” for the latest news, data, research, and insight into homeschooling. Dr. Ray also opposes government funding and control of homeschooling.&nbsp;On its website, the Hub suggests that it will seek to displace those sources to help inform future regulation and policy on home education. “Our goal is to remove barriers to rigorous research, increase transparency, and expand awareness to encourage evidence-driven policy,” the site says without explaining what barriers it believes may exist to research or “evidence-driven policy.”&nbsp;As the far-left Washington Post strategically targets existing homeschooling leaders and institutions, the new hub aims to become “the leader” in the field of homeschooling research. “As homeschooling grows, the Homeschool Hub will serve as the leader in promoting rigorous homeschool research and responding to the need for more transparency from this growing sector,” the site added.&nbsp;When the establishment speaks of “transparency,” that is generally a dog whistle for increasing surveillance, control, data-gathering, and intrusions on privacy.The new hub’s website, citing unnamed supposed “critics,” also cites the alleged risks that “unregulated” home education might feature, including “indoctrination” or even that parents with “conservative Christian values” may seek to “isolate” their children. &nbsp;On April 25, the new Homeschool Hub, hosted at Johns Hopkins “Institute for Education Policy” and its “School of Education,” will be holding a major event on home education. Headlined “Beyond the Traditional Classroom: The Rise of Homeschooling and Its Impact on Education in America,” the event will formally launch the new hub, according to the announcement.Numerous high-profile panelists with no real ties to the homeschooling movement will participate. These include various university officials and faculty members, an adviser to the scandal-plagued World Bank, an “education reporter” at the viciously anti-homeschooling Washington Post, and a senior U.S. Department of Education official.&nbsp;Johns Hopkins, notable for pioneering transgender mutilation of children and other barbarism, is open about the fact that it is partnering with <a href="https://www.edchoice.org/">EdChoice</a>, a well-known and well-funded group seeking what it calls “school choice.” The movement, launched by legendary economist Milton Friedman, is among the leading advocates of tax funding for home education and private schools. &nbsp;Meanwhile, Johns Hopkins is based in Baltimore, Maryland, the first state that sought to create a state-run homeschooling “council” to supposedly speak for homeschooling families and advise authorities. The controversial plan, which became a lightning rod of criticism among home educators, was widely seen as a ploy to bring in regulation and control.&nbsp;<img class="image_resized" style="width:332px;" src="https://i0.wp.com/www.freedomproject.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/11/3364780_1225x377_2500.jpg?resize=696%2C214&amp;ssl=1" alt="">With homeschooling becoming a major threat to the government’s “education” narrative and monopoly, it is no surprise to see the establishment work to crush it, co-opt it, or both. <h2>Genetic engineering puts the natural world at risk</h2>Genetic engineering going from the lab, to the field, to the wildYou may have heard about the genetically modified mosquitos <a href="https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-022-01070-x" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">released</a> in Florida to mitigate a Florida invasive species spreading zika and dengue, yet that is only one aspect of how synthetic biology (synbio) can affect nature. Jim Thomas of ETC Group (Action Group on Erosion, Technology and Concentration) <a href="https://www.etcgroup.org/content/video-lab-field-forest" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">spoke</a> about the potential dangers synbio may have on biodiversity and how we look after, conserve, share, and use the natural world.The video below, in which Thomas discusses the threats and new trends we'll have to start dealing with, gives us a window into a world that most of us may not be aware of, but should. His talk results from a discussion held by the Convention on Biological Diversity's Ad Hoc Technical Expert Group.&nbsp;Thomas brought forward the following three issues associated with the technology and nature:1. Tools of genetic engineering are being put out into the field. Previously, genetically engineered organisms would have been created in the lab. Now they can release genetically engineered viruses or organisms into the field that can genetically engineer other organisms out in the field. Examples he called "crazy" include a “project by the US defense establishment called ‘insect allies to genetically engineer plants’.” He expressed “worry about it being a potential bioweapon but also a big shift in terms of doing the genetic engineering in an uncontrolled environment and changing nature.”2. &nbsp;Synbio is being used for conservation applications. Previously, biodiversity and conservation were about protecting the natural world. Now synbio is being used for such projects as eradicating invasive species by releasing synthetic organisms or genetically engineering corals to withstand climate change. “The idea that conservation could be done by making synthetic ecosystems is a really big shift” he said.. . . . [N]ow you've got these proposals of turning the natural world into a kind of synthetic version of itself and that could really upturn how we protect the wild and natural world.&nbsp;3. Machines and algorithms, artificial intelligence, and robots are taking over genetic engineering.&nbsp;<blockquote>Large automated genetic engineering foundries called biofoundries that use artificial intelligence to make tens of thousands of organisms at a time, not from a human's mind but to design them using artificial intelligence, . . . &nbsp;and one day to go out into the environment. And, it raises a real safety question because, if you have something go wrong, you potentially don't understnd why it went wrong. With artificial intelligence, it's a bit of a black box. . . . If you're asking artificial intelligence to redesign nature and release that into the environment then you've got a big problem in terms of trying to understand safety and if something goes wrong understanding what went wrong.&nbsp;</blockquote>The group of experts, Thomas said, all “felt that there needs to be a process for scanning the horizon and monitoring and assessing new developments in genetic engineering. The treatment is therefore life enhancing and even lifesaving and is not taken lightly; it is not a lifestyle choice.</blockquote>&nbsp;Is “Demi” code-language for “moral”?According to <a href="https://www.verywellmind.com/what-is-demisexual-5082519" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">verywellmind</a>, the word “demisexuality” became more mainstream as far back as 2008. They describe a demisexual person as someone who,<blockquote>experiences sexual attraction only when they feel a true emotional bond with another person.</blockquote><a href="https://www.webmd.com/sex/what-demiromanticism-means" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">WebMD</a> defines a “demiromantic” person as,<blockquote>someone who only develops romantic feelings for another person when they have a strong emotional connection to them.</blockquote>Whatever one's views on the other 19 items on the list, it is possible that the inclusion of two terms that signify a move toward traditional morality is a step in the right direction, if only to give young (and older) people a "woke" option of refusing close physical contact outside the bounds of marriage.

He was vice president of a family-owned janitorial company in Prattville, Alabama, the father of a 5-year-old son, stepfather to two other children and a softball coach.“All the girls loved him,” his mother, Donna Sue Harvell, told <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/">The Defender</a>. “He was affectionately called ‘Coach Will.”Harvell said she was supposed to see William right after Christmas 2020, but the plans were canceled when he tested positive for <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender_category/covid/">COVID-19</a> and began experiencing symptoms such as a loss of smell and taste.“I would’ve dropped everything and run up there, but he said, ‘No, there’s nothing you can do,’” Harvell recalled.In the coming days, William’s symptoms worsened. On Jan. 2, 2021, he called his mother and told her he had to drive himself to Prattville Baptist Hospital. “They’re going to go ahead and keep me,” he said.“He was going to the hospital to get some antibiotics, and they isolated him,” Harvell said. By Jan. 8, 2021, he was dead — a victim, his mother said, of <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/wp-content/uploads/Follow-the-Money_Blood-Money-in-US-Hospitals_BRIEF_9-Jul_2022.pdf">COVID-19 hospital protocols</a>, which included the <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/formerfedsgroup-covid-vaccine-remdesivir-deaths-injuries-pfizer/">administration of remdesivir</a> over five days.“We miss him every day,” said Harvell, who shared medical documentation with The Defender confirming her son’s story and the medical treatment he received.‘That hospital failed him’Harvell said her son was initially “upbeat and cheerful” after being admitted to Prattville Baptist, explaining that a nurse was “coming in now to give me an IV,” Harvell recalled.But when she told him that in her region of Florida, monoclonal antibodies were being administered to COVID-19 patients, he told her that nurses at his hospital told him they were administering “what they gave President Trump” — referring to remdesivir.The hospital isolated William and prohibited his family from visiting, Harvell said. But in communications with his mother, William said he was experiencing difficulties.“I had spoken to him and they were also giving him <a href="https://www.drugs.com/toradol.html">Toradol</a> for pain,” Harvell said. “He was in a lot of pain, and they said that he kept pulling the mask off, so they had the oxygen on too hard.”According to Harvell, a nurse told William the oxygen was “on too hard” because he was trying to pull the mask off of his face. “She was basically blaming him,” Harvell said.Still, William’s outlook initially looked good, based on tests conducted at the hospital.“I received a text from his wife saying his blood tests were good,” Harvell recalled. “They had unhooked the IV, they had taken him off fluids — he didn’t need them anymore. His blood count looked good.”Harvell said William was told “he should be doing well in a couple of days.” That was 36 hours before he died.“By Jan. 6, he indicated that he wasn’t getting any better and he might need to be moved,” Harvell said, referring to a text message William sent his family that day.By this point, William was diagnosed with pneumonia. But Harvell learned her son was not receiving appropriate treatment for it at the hospital. Instead, they were still giving him remdesivir.“I asked, ‘Are they giving you an antibiotic?’ He said no, and he said, ‘They’re watching me for blood clots.’ Now, why would they watch him for blood clots with a respiratory infection? I said, ‘Are they giving you a blood thinner? Are they giving you <a href="https://www.drugs.com/plavix.html">Plavix</a> or aspirin?’ He said no [and that] they said, ‘There’s something might be wrong with my liver.’”“This is a side effect of remdesivir,” Harvell said.According to Harvell, “The next day, [the hospital] drugged him, they put him on a ventilator, and he passed.” But when she tried to find out more information from the hospital, staff initially only told her they had taken him off fluids.She said he coded twice and they were able to bring him back. But the third time they were “busy” with other patients and just could not bring him back. “They were just too busy,” Harvell said.“He drove there and left in a body bag, and my first words were, ‘What happened?’ That hospital failed him. We were expecting him to come home. They had just taken the IV out,” Harvell said.Family kept in the dark about renal failureIt took three weeks for the hospital to release William’s death certificate, Harvell said, and the release required the assistance of the funeral home. When finally released, the death certificate listed William’s causes of death as COVID-19, pneumonia and renal failure.“I did not know about the renal failure until I received the death certificate,” Harvell said. Other family members, including William’s wife, also were kept in the dark, according to Harvell.Harvell said the hospital did not receive informed consent from William or his family before administering remdesivir. Instead, Harvell alleges hospital staff did not tell William he was suffering from renal failure.She said:“He had pneumonia. He should have been given an antibiotic for pneumonia. If they were watching him for blood clots, why wasn’t he on a blood thinner? … And he not once mentioned [renal failure], so I don’t even think he knew that he was in renal failure because he would’ve told me. He would’ve told his wife. He would’ve told somebody. He would’ve told his dad.”According to Harvell, hospital staff did not offer William alternative COVID-19 treatments, such as <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/preventive-ivermectin-reduced-covid-mortality/">ivermectin</a>.She noted that William was unvaccinated, but that likely didn’t play a role in the treatment he received at the hospital, because in early January 2021, COVID-19 vaccines were not yet being administered to his age group.“I’ve had COVID twice. My husband is 77. He’s had COVID twice. If anything, we would be the ones to pass away. But we didn’t go to the hospital. We didn’t take remdesivir. I took ivermectin and we’re fine,” Harvell said.“If William would’ve stayed out of the hospital, he most likely would’ve lived,” she added.‘Your story might be somebody else’s healing path’“The worst thing that could ever happen to anybody is losing a child,” Harvell said. “I feel bad because [his son] Liam has to grow up without a dad, and William was the best dad … He was a family man. He loved his family.”Harvell said that the pain of losing William drove her into action. She joined online COVID-19 support groups and became an activist for other <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/grace-schara-lawsuit-medical-battery-trial/">victims of COVID-19 hospital protocols</a> and vaccines.“With the COVID grief groups, we were communicating, and it was like they knew what I was talking about. They didn’t argue with me and say, ‘Oh, it’s just part of it.’ They would say, ‘That happened to my husband too, or my daughter too, or my son too,’” she said.“That’s how we came up with those 25 commonalities,” Harvell added, referring to a list of <a href="https://chbmp.org/commonalities/">25 COVID Protocol Commonalities</a> in the treatment received by unvaccinated COVID-19 patients in hospitals.The list was developed by the <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/covid-protocol-victims-remdesivir/">FormerFeds Group Freedom Foundation</a>, a group advocating on behalf of COVID-19 hospital protocol victims and their families.“The 25 commonalities are just an eye opener and have encouraged me to go out and educate other people,” Harvell said. “I have people that come in my business and almost daily, I tell them about ivermectin, I tell them about remdesivir.”Harvell said many people she’s spoken with, at her business or in online support groups, have shared similar stories involving their family members.“I cannot tell you how many local mothers who have lost sons have contacted me, or even when their son was in the hospital, they would contact me and say, ‘What was that drug that they gave your son?’” Harvell said.Through her involvement with FormerFeds, Harvell is helping to raise money, through a cookbook, “Home-Cooked Memories: From Our Hearts to your Table,” containing recipes submitted by family members of COVID-19 hospital protocol victims and a stainless steel<a href="https://formerfedsgroup.org/shop/medic-alert-bracelets/bracelet/"> Medic-Alert bracelet</a> that allows people to disclose they are allergic to remdesivir, fentanyl and other drugs.FormerFeds is also involved in a class-action <a href="https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/gilead-falsely-advertised-remdesivir-lawsuit/">lawsuit against remdesivir distributor Gilead</a>.Harvell had some words of advice for others who may be enduring experiences similar to hers regarding the loss or injury of a family member due to the COVID-19 hospital protocols or vaccines.“Reach out to other people,” she said. “There are groups out there, there are people out there that understand, that are supportive, that will pray for you, that will listen to you, that will not judge you,” she said.“Being active and telling people what happened is a healing process too,” Harvell added. “It will help you heal.
