The South American nation of <a href="https://americasfrontlinenews.com/post/ecuador-passes-treaty-law-to-circumvent-parliament" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Ecuador</a> recently has seen orchestrated upheaval reminiscent of the psychological operations inflicted on the continent in the ‘50s and ’60s, as documented by Central Intelligence Agency agent Phil Agee in his <a href="https://archive.org/stream/pdfy-DAzR701tP2dL_DNu/inside-the-company-cia-diary-philip-agee_djvu.txt" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">CIA Diary</a>.&nbsp;Now, it is the United Nations who has “reaffirmed support for government and indigenous dialogue" in Ecuador, and who will “advise the dialogue process” between President Guillermo Lasso and the indigenous movements that will begin next Wednesday.Earlier this month, the government of Ecuador and Indigenous protest leaders reached an agreement to end mass demonstrations that paralyzed parts of the country since mid-June. Led by the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador (CONAIE) organization, the protests began on June 13 amid anger about soaring fuel prices and rising costs of living, as well as policies of the Lasso administration.The deal, that included a decrease in the price of fuel and other concessions, was signed by Minister Francisco Jimenez, Indigenous leader Leonidas Iza and the head of the Episcopal Conference, Monsignor Luis Cabrera, who acted as mediator. Iza announced after the signing that “we will suspend” the protest, reported <a href="https://cuencahighlife.com/end-of-strike-celebrations-are-underway-but-many-are-unhappy-with-terms-of-the-agreement/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Cuenca High Life</a>.The agreement set out that petrol prices will decrease 15 cents to $2.40 per gallon and diesel prices will also decline the same amount, from $1.90 per gallon to $1.75. It also set limits to the expansion of oil exploration areas and prohibits mining activity in protected areas, national parks and water sources.The deal also provides for “the cessation of the mobilizations and the gradual return [of the demonstrators] to the territories” from which they came to join the protest.Indigenous peoples in Ecuador, or Native Ecuadorians, refer to the groups who were present in what became Ecuador before the Spanish colonization of the Americas, including also their descendants from the time of the Spanish conquest to the present. 25 percent of Ecuador's population is of indigenous heritage, making their parliamentary representatives the second largest party in the country's parliament.Formally established in November, 1986, the Confederation of Indigenous Nationalities of Ecuador is a social organization that brings together indigenous nationalities, peoples, communities, centers and associations. Its main objectives are “to consolidate the indigenous peoples and nationalities, fight for land, territories, and bilingual intercultural education, reject the oppression of the authorities, fight for cultural identity and against colonialism.”<figure class="image image-style-align-right image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="/uploads/i_Stock_182424513_c3fff9856e.jpg"></figure>Frontline News spoke to Citizen Commission for the Truth member Attorney William Sánchez Aveiga about whether Ecuador's indigenous people are aware of the colonialist roots of the globalist agenda being inflicted on them, and if he believes they perceive their own strength and ability to save not only their own families and communities, but the entire country.Are the indigenous leaders aware of Ecuador's loss of sovereignty to globalism?"They hardly are; in my opinion, if that was the case they would have already included this situation on their agenda. Perhaps some are more or less aware of the matter, but I think both them (the indigenous movement and leadership) and us have not been communicative enough, and we have to work on that. Because just as laws are done, they also can be undone."So, no matter how much the government of Ecuador has signed away the homeland there is, nevertheless, always the possibility of untying ourselves, just like divorce. A person who marries another and lives an unhappy life cannot remain tied to that person, that is why divorce was created. And that is civil law, family law, and also international law would also give us that ability.“Of course, nothing is easy because we are talking about powers, globalist forces that are capable of killing a president if he leaves the fold. In short, answering the question, I think they are not aware of this risk and that is a job that needs to be done.”Will more government subsidies solidify the indigenous' status?"Yes and no, but I believe that the stand that each citizen should take, no matter who they are, is that problems are not solved with subsidies. I agree that subsidies always play a role, the subsidy has to be focused and directed because otherwise it becomes a source of corruption.“Subsidies exist but it's not the only thing that can be done. When a government focuses on subsidies, it becomes a paternalistic government, rendering incapacitated those who receive them.”Is the current President of Ecuador as conservative as he is made out to be in the press? Is his role as an international banker completely understood?"No, Lasso is a banker. A banker’s goal is to make money. He can be conservative in certain things, but his stance and decisions with LGBT groups indicate he is not conservative, he is an opportunist – as unfortunately we have seen with the previous presidents we have had, each one with their own stain, like Dalmatians."Basically, he's a man without conscience. Since conscience is the basis of human behavior, if it is damaged, a person doesn't care more than the superficial, epidermal part, material things; and Lasso is a very materialistic man."He is a local banker wanting to enter the arena of being an international banker. The man who pursues money is not satisfied; the Bible says so and I agree. Many thinkers also said it; I don't think Lasso will be satisfied.“If he was a banker with a different mentality as president of the Republic, he'd open Ecuador to international banking, something that Correa promised and never fulfilled. There is a certain similarity between the government of Correa and that of Lasso, although they seem to be opposite, they are not. That is why these people always make agreements with each other.”Do the indigenous people’s representatives in parliament faithfully represent their interests, in your opinion?“I believe the indigenous bases are always very supportive of each other but not their leaders. Leaders often, most of them – and I say it without fear of contradiction - become executioners of their own people, they represent individual interests, not those of the indigenous community; unfortunately that’s what happens.”Did the compromises that were recently reached represent a true achievement for the indigenous side? What did they have to give up? On the balance who came up on top?“It's difficult to know what's behind these concessions, let us not be surprised that there are shareholders among the indigenous themselves. Really when we address these issues, they are quite shady, unclear.&nbsp;"What did they have to give up? In short, they gave up who leads the way. It's a great question since assumptions are made as to whether Correa is behind this or not. Can Ecuador's indigenous population awaken in time to save their country's sovereignty from globalism?

California Medical Board President Kristina Lawson claimed in a series of <a href="https://twitter.com/kdlaw/status/1468637025590906880" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">tweets</a> and <a href="https://edition.cnn.com/videos/health/2021/12/13/kristina-lawson-california-medical-board-anti-vaccine-group-confrontation-sot-newday-vpx.cnn" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">interviews</a> that she was stalked and confronted by members of what she called “a group that peddles medical disinformation, promotes fake COVID-19 treatments” in “a terrifying experience.” However, spokesmen for the civil liberties organization say the account of the incident being offered as factual truth is “sensationalized and complete nonsense.”A team of medical professionals and investigative journalists with America’s Frontline Doctors (<a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">AFLDS</a>) posed Lawson a set of questions on December 6th, in attempt to receive her reply in her official capacity. Although Walnut Creek Police Department Spokeswoman Lt. Holley Connors confirmed that "there is no evidence of a crime," the law firm chief executive and medical board president seemed to suggest she was traumatized by the “terrifying experience.” Despite claims by Lawson that she was “ambushed” in “a dark parking garage when they suspected I would be alone,” <a href="https://aflds.org/DocTracy/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">documentation of the encounter</a> may suggest Lawson could be dramatizing the incident.AFLDS Strategy Director Attorney Joe Gilbert stated the team conducted the investigation “by the book, and did everything within legal means. There was no recording of her at her house, or of her children. The only footage of her that we have is in the parking garage where Dr. Christopher Rake tried to interview her. The drones used for surveillance did not record. MendelsohnIn light of the claims being made by the vaccine companies, ministries of health around the world, and thousands of videos from health practitioners and scientists, I decided to try and find the data that could prove that the mRNA vaccines actually do what the manufacturers claim they can do; simply speaking, to transform human cells into spike protein manufacturing sites.After seeing many explanations and claims from the manufacturer’s websites, as well as reading the trial studies which attempt to demonstrate efficacy and safety, I became aware that every single study was making their claims based solely upon antibody responses and not the vaccine mechanism itself.If this is the case, it means the claims that antibodies being produced due to the production of spike protein, are based purely on assumption without any proof of the vaccine mechanism actually working. Such statements about antibody production are based on theory and not scientific observation.It is important to understand that these detected antibodies are non-specific. They are not proven to have been created as a consequence from the production of an artificially induced spike protein from a cell, but rather they are in fact the result of a generic immune response; a reaction from injecting a cocktail of foreign materials into the body.Curious to know where exactly the manufacturers have demonstrated the mechanism of this mRNA vaccine, I began to look for studies.There is one <a href="https://doi.org/10.1093/cid/ciab465" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">mainstream study</a> which I found from Oxford Academic - Clinical Infectious Diseases which is titled:&nbsp;“Circulating Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) Vaccine Antigen Detected in the Plasma of mRNA-1273 Vaccine Recipients.In this study which was updated on July 2021, they attempt to demonstrate the mRNA vaccine efficacy by conducting a study using 13 healthcare workers from the same hospital, and examine the level of antibodies which are attributed to the mRNA vaccine they received.Upon examination of this study, I was troubled by their opening statements which fail to substantiate the very objective which the study claims to have measured:<ol><li>“critical data demonstrating the direct production of spike protein via translation from the mRNA-1273 vaccine in these studies are missing, precluding a full understanding of the vaccine mechanism.”</li><li>“Data have demonstrated the elicitation of binding and neutralization antibodies against the spike protein by the mRNA-1273 vaccine in humans, thereby inferring that spike protein was produced and induced an immune response”</li></ol>Note the language being utilised in the above quotes. There is no mention of real observational evidence, or experiments conducted on human cells in vitro or vivo to show the actual workings of this mRNA vaccine.On the Biontech website under the COVID-19 portal, they describe what an mRNA vaccine is and how mRNA vaccines work. Nowhere do they offer any studies which show that this has indeed been demonstrated.From the Biontech website:<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="/uploads/image_e9f4516dbd.png"></figure>“mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 are designed to provide our bodies with the code to produce the non-infectious virus spike protein to instruct the cell’s machinery to help stimulate a natural immune response.”Source -&nbsp;<a href="https://biontech.de/covid-19-portal/mrna-vaccines">https://biontech.de/covid-19-portal/mrna-vaccines</a>On January 10th I submitted the following email to Biontech through their website in an attempt to gain some information regarding the proof of this vaccine mechanism, and other information pertaining to the series of these vaccines.“Dear Sirs,I would like to request the following information:<ol><li>A complete list for the exact number of varieties or versions of the BNT162, BNT162a, BNT162a1, BNT162b1, BNT162b2 etc; vaccines which have been produced and distributed since first development of this vaccine.</li><li>Data for the description of the contents of each of the variations of the BNT162 vaccine.</li><li>Clinical studies that were conducted for each of these vaccines (if any).</li><li>A complete list of the countries where each of these vaccines have been distributed.</li><li>A list of the countries where the BNT162b2 vaccine is currently available as of December 08 2021.</li><li>Please also provide the study/studies which conclusively demonstrates the vaccine mechanism; The direct production of spike protein from human cells via translation from the BNT162b2 vaccine.</li></ol>Please do not cite studies that indicate the presence of detected antibodies, which merely infer the production of spike protein.”<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_085f0059d7.jpeg"></figure>Shortly afterwards I was informed that my request had been passed on to the Medical Information Service Team.<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_8d84de835e.jpeg"></figure>It is worth noting that the two links which were provided in that response both lead to the same website.<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_b04a251988.jpeg"></figure>As directed by Biontech, I then simultaneously engaged in correspondence with Pfizer who seemed to be equally as unhelpful and unwilling to provide any information.Pfizer decided that the most appropriate response was to email me the consumer leaflet for their COMIRNATY vaccine. This of course was useless to help with my query.<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_ca66455183.jpeg"></figure>I informed Pfizer in my response that:<ol><li>I did not in fact request a consumer leaflet.</li><li>The information which I have requested is nowhere to be found on the ministry of health website. If indeed this information is available, please provide a link to it.</li><li>Could they please provide me with the information I requested because after all, Biontech had instructed me to contact Pfizer in the first place.</li></ol>The final infuriating response from Pfizer was as follows:&nbsp;<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_520b04b977.png"></figure><figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_bcf349544c.jpeg"></figure>Back to Biontech - dissatisfied that the very company responsible for the development and manufacture of this vaccine was unable to provide me with simple information, I responded with the following:<figure class="image"><img src="/uploads/image_b22d41b12d.jpeg"></figure>I followed up with an additional message on February 2nd as well as a separate email to the Biontech Medical Information department.I have not yet received any further communication from Biontech or Pfizer.Thank you,F. MendelsohnAdditional notes:&nbsp;<ol><li>The method of injection is totally unnatural compared to the way humans usually come into contact with foreign matter. When injecting a substance, the body’s natural defense systems at the usual points of entry are bypassed. This will of course introduce many unknown variables when observing an immune response, since the pathogen has been injected into the muscle tissue and not been inhaled or ingested etc.</li><li>If we are to believe the claims that this mRNA vaccine mechanism is indeed able to induce the production of the SARS CoV2 spike protein from within a human cell, there is zero data to demonstrate that the antibodies produced as a result of this mRNA vaccine are able to react against the alleged spike proteins and deactivate/destroy them. Nowhere is there literature or experiments conducted which have been able to prove that these “SARS CoV2 antibodies” can seek out and destroy/deactivate spike proteins when they come into contact with it – be it the naturally occurring spike protein from the alleged SARS CoV2 virus, or the artificially induced spike protein from the mRNA vaccine.</li></ol>

Correspondence with Biontech/Pfizer regarding COVID-19 vaccine mechanism

Ecuador Southern Unit for Family, Women, Children, and Adolescents in Guayaquil Judge Lourdes Esther Morales Ortega Friday dismissed the <a href="https://aflds.org/news/post/exclusive-interview-i-very-much-doubt-the-ethics-and-independence-of-the-ecuadorian-judiciary/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">petition</a> by Ecuadorian doctors’ and lawyers’ organizations and private citizens challenging Green Pass vaccine mandate restrictions on grounds that the petition lacked merit.Citizen Commission for the Truth Coordinator&nbsp;Manuel Narváez told Ecuador's Gamavisión: “The judge's act is unfortunate, but it reveals the current state of our constitutional guarantees. And what a pity that she could not hide that she had already written a sentence at the very moment that she was proceeding to sentencing.”Attorney William Sánchez Aveiga, who submitted the petition, said: "The defendants could not justify in any way those violations of the Constitution of which they are accused. But the Judge, nevertheless, ruled against us in her decision."This does not surprise us, that she obeys orders from above, from the Presidency of the Republic, because the defendants could not demonstrate at the time its lack of responsibility with respect to these violations, nor could they demonstrate that there had been no violations, quite the contrary. She declared our petition, submitted by us with all the evidence, to be without merit in this absurd, totally illegal way that violates explicit norms and all the constitutional precepts.”Ombudsman Provincial Delegate&nbsp;Freddy Viejo responded to the verdict: “The constitutional court also stated that the guidelines issued by the National Emergency Center of Operations (COE) are not in general effect. Consequently, they cannot affect rights either. But apparently the judge has indicated that this is an administrative act that must be contested by administrative procedure. America's Frontline Doctors (<a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">AFLDS</a>) Frontline News two weeks ago <a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/news/post/exclusive-interview-ecuador-court-hears-doctors-for-truth-petition-against-green-pass-mandates/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">reported</a> on a petition by Ecuadorian doctors’ and lawyers’ organizations and private citizens challenging Green Pass vaccine mandate restrictions.&nbsp;Since then, the court has postponed the hearing twice because of procedural irregularities.Frontline News spoke to Attorney William Sánchez Aveiga, who submitted the petition, about why the hearing was twice postponed, what the government hopes to achieve, how the people of Ecuador are faring, and the future of the case:1) Please help our international readers understand the Ecuadorian legal system, and why the case was postponed already twice?"The Ecuadorian legal system for these cases establishes two mechanisms that can be implemented, and in this case, we have chosen one of them. Those mechanisms are Protective Action, which is the one we have chosen, and the other is Unconstitutionality Action that we have not chosen because that is done by other means, through the Constitutional Court."In the current case what a Protective Action does - as its name indicates – is to protect constitutional and human rights violated by the state. It is brought before a judge, whoever comes out by lottery. This case has fallen to a Family, Childhood, and Adolescence judge in the Southern Judicial Unit that we call Valdivia, located in front of the Civil Registry."Actually, the postponement is due to the fact that the Court Secretary did not summon the State Attorney General, a sine qua non condition for the proceeding to take place - otherwise the hearing cannot convene. Despite the fact that when accepting the lawsuit the Judge indicated that the Attorney General be summoned, the Court Secretary did not summon him. Then I submitted a memorandum requesting a written record, and that is when the Judge admitted that the summons was not issued.&nbsp;“These are our judicial system’s ruses, because if the Judge herself tells the Secretary to issue the summons and she does not do so, obviously there is deficiency in her office. Whether the Secretary or Judge forgot it is really difficult to know, but in any case it is the responsibility of her office.”2) Are these delays enabling the National Emergency Center of Operations (COE) to establish facts on the ground that will be more difficult to reverse?“It may be. It is actually possible because I think that deep down they are trying to buy time, so that the largest number of vaccinations is carried out. This plot is about vaccinating the maximum number of people, with vaccines that - by the way - are expired but have been given an extension of use, something quite unusual for any drug, even more so for a vaccine that is a very delicate thing. Of course, these aren't vaccines anyway.”<div class="raw-html-embed"><iframe class="rumble" width="100%" height="500" src="https://rumble.com/embed/vr8yh0/?pub=ogg5j" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>3) What can you tell us about the judge who will hear the case?"I think that she has a great responsibility and right now I am sure that she has great pressure on her, because in our Latin American countries, the governments in power hold powerful political force over the judicial system.&nbsp;"There are two aspects, one is the pressure I was talking about, and the other has different nuances. It is enormous ethical and moral responsibility that the lady has, using the legal tools at hand, asserting them, using them in the appropriate way; because for her this is an historic audience, because she has in her hand the possibility of settling in favor of people’s life and health - not only their freedom, which is quite a lot. Behind that is the most important thing which is life and health - or to be against it.&nbsp;"I don't know if the Judge understands or discerns it; it will remain in her conscience. We will also appeal if the ruling is unfavorable, and that appeal is made before the Court of Appeals, which is in this case the Provincial Court of Guayas; and after that, with the ruling of the Provincial Court, whatever it may be favorable or unfavorable towards us, we will go higher.&nbsp;“This way the government behind the COE understands well that all these postponements are going to help them achieve the largest number of vaccinated people only until March, because I do not think they can do more beyond that with those expired vaccines.”<figure class="image image-style-align-center image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="/uploads/i_Stock_926433560_13e711ddeb.jpg"></figure>4) Ecuador's relatively new constitution is the first in the world to recognize the right to food. This case therefore appears to touch upon the very basis of the country's stability. Do you believe the court will be courageous enough to take upon itself the burden of overruling the health authorities if necessary, and if not, what appeals process if any is available?"Despite the fact that it is said that our constitution is one of the most advanced, at least in Latin America, and it is overly liberal, in fact the right to food is being violated when you are forced to present a vaccination card to enter in places where they sell food, not only prepared food but also where potatoes, rice, butter are sold, that right is affected.&nbsp;"I very much doubt the ethics and independence of the Ecuadorian judiciary. I have to say it that way unfortunately, because it's the truth; if you do a survey here in Ecuador I believe that 80% will answer something similar: “We don't believe in justice,” because it is politicized justice, a handcuffed justice that submits, kneels, bows before the political power on call. And political power implies economic power as well."We always have several resources, one is the right to direct resistance, which is also something particular in our legislation; it is not in all laws, and unfortunately that right to resistance is not developed, that is to say it exists as a premise in the constitution and although the constitution itself establishes that when there is no redress the judges will have to accept direct resistance; however, it is still a splinter in the eye, to put it metaphorically, because it does complicate things."No one can fool everyone forever, and the powers will fall, so it's only a matter of time in this case so that these people, starting with the judges themselves if they commit infractions that can be verified, can be brought to national and international court in due time. I see with great sympathy, with great pleasure, what is happening in countries like France where people have risen up, and surrounded Pfizer headquarters, shouting at the Prime Minister and Pfizer officials what they deserve. I believe that this is going to be emulated in some way in our Latin American countries.“There is one thing I want to say and I do not get me mixed up with some religious fanatic, but I am sure that this is a fight between good and evil; people who are good within have God on their side. The bible says that no one can oppose someone who has God with him. I am sure that eventually we will win and that the truth will triumph and evil will be punished in exemplary manner, because behind the scenes there are also miserable economic&nbsp;and private interests of people who are using all this to their advantage.”<figure class="image image-style-align-right image_resized" style="width:75%;"><img src="/uploads/i_Stock_532268730_19b7742981.jpg"></figure>5) Meanwhile, what are people doing for food?"Here they are doing the typical thing, restrictions have led people to obtain fake documents, or purchase through relatives, because sometimes in a family with several members there is one who has been vaccinated, so that person will have to go to the supermarkets."In the public or municipal markets in Guayaquil there's no problem, although there is a small sign that says ‘show vaccination card,’ in practice there's no problem. Once I was asked for it. I said ‘I’m a lawyer,’ showed my credentials and told him: 'If you insist that I must show you a vaccination card - that I don't have - to enter, I’m going to sue you with a criminal complaint that carries a penalty of two to three years if you are a private person, and can be raised to five if you are a public official. What do you think? Stop me if you dare,' and I went in."However, in supermarkets and shopping centers there's complete restriction for people who don't have a vaccine card. In my case I have a medical certificate, because I have a degree of hypertension and the doctor gave me that certificate that I cannot get vaccinated precisely because&nbsp;one of the side effects of the vaccine would affect my health. With that they've let me in until now."This situation has resulted in great violations, starting with the COE, which does not have the legal power to issue this type of resolution. The committee is legally an executor of policies or emergency actions in the event of floods, landslides, volcanic eruptions, an earthquake, things of that sort. The committee previously based on resolutions taken by the ministerial authorities - directly by the National Government or municipalities, but does not have powers for this.&nbsp;"Here, it was done in a despicable way by the President of the Republic because this man is the one behind all this. Even if you identify the wolf eating your sheep, you are lost and will never catch it. Here the puppeteer, the wolf, that evil predator is the President of the Republic and, obviously, his entire governing structure. Zapata is nothing more than an instrument, who is living his quarter-hour of glory; the man is in the media, they interview him, they photograph him, they film him, and Guillermo Lasso Mendoza is behind it."Similarly to what happened in Colombia, which is already public, about the contracts between the Colombian government and Pfizer and AstraZeneca, I am sure that something similar was done here, because there's a video that someone leaked, where the National Assembly Health Commission&nbsp;President Dr. Marcos Molina meets with other assembly members, with Health Minister Jimena Garzón, and asks her about the vaccine contracts, and Garzón tells him directly that the terms of the contract were imposed by the laboratory. On account of what? She does not explain, but when the doctor asks her again for the figures and more details, she says they have a confidentiality clause that cannot be revealed. But that is also illegal because we have a law that is the LOTAIP, which is the <a href="https://www.educacionsuperior.gob.ec/wp-content/uploads/downloads/2014/09/LOTAIP.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Organic Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information</a>.“Paragraph 7, if my memory serves me correctly, establishes when a contract or document of any kind falls into that category of not being revealed for fifteen years; but clearly this document does not fit into that, so they are hiding under the tablecloth of a feast set with putrid substances so as not to reveal the truth; but we'll have to fight for these contracts to be revealed, just as in Colombia someone brought them to light, because there is no perfect crime, and the beneficiaries behind all this plot have been revealed; because there's money to be made here, there is the entanglement of disgusting corruption.”<div class="raw-html-embed"><iframe class="rumble" width="100%" height="500" src="https://rumble.com/embed/vr8ylg/?pub=ogg5j" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen=""></iframe></div>

Israel's Channel 12 News today released a recording of Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz caught in private conversation with Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked discussing Green Passport restrictions, "without knowing that the microphones picked up everything they said in their open-hearted chat."The recording begins with Interior Minister Shaked saying "I think that you can cancel the Green Pass for outdoor dining."&nbsp;Health Minister Horowitz responds: "Swimming pools too, not just restaurants. Epidemiologically, that's correct."&nbsp;Shaked: "Right."&nbsp;Horowitz: "The thing is - and I'm telling you this - our problem is the people who don't get vaccinated. We need a bit for them to..."&nbsp;Shaked: "...Right..."&nbsp;Horowitz: "...Otherwise... we'll never get out of this."&nbsp;Channel 12: "The Health Minister explained to the Interior Minister that the Green Pass is needed in some places only to pressure the unvaccinated to vaccinate, and not because of medical reasons."&nbsp;The Health Minister continued in the recording: "Now, there's a certain universality to the Green Pass except in shopping malls where it's not, and in my opinion it should have been. Now it's clearly not everyplace, and people start to challenge: 'If you need it in pools, why not at entertainment venues and water parks, and outdoor exercise and sport areas?' But, you know, then we need to... it looks like pools and outdoor restaurants ... because even so, we don't want to do things that appear not to have, like, medical justification... But to you, I'm saying we've got a problem."&nbsp;The Interior and Health Ministers represent the most diametrically opposed political constituencies in Israel, with Shaked sitting as one of the heads of the nationalist New Right Party and Horowitz chairing the far-Left Peace Now "Meretz" faction.&nbsp;The Israeli Public Emergency Council for the Coronavirus Crisis, an independent, apolitical, and voluntary body composed of senior doctors and researchers, responded to the video, saying: "They've crossed every red line - it's not a Green Pass - it's a Red Lie."&nbsp;The Council went on to say: "The Health Minister himself admits in the recording revealed tonight that the Green Passport has no epidemiological effect at all. It is designed to inflict psychological pressure on you to make your life difficult until you get vaccinated.&nbsp;"They are restricting citizen's freedom, harming small businesses, making the children mentally ill, and all with no medical justification. That is exactly why we petitioned the Supreme Court. These recordings cannot pass in silence."&nbsp;The Israeli Public Emergency Council for the Coronavirus Crisis concluded: "We intend to approach the Court and ask it to comment in its decision on the recordings that were revealed tonight on Channel 12 News.&nbsp;"Stop abusing civilians. Information security expert <a href="http://SenseOfAwareness.com">Ehden Biber</a> told America's Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) <a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/2news/">Frontline News </a>that the <a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/2files/manufacturing-and-supply-agreement-between-pfizer-and-albania-ministry-of-health/">first document</a> to recently emerge was discovered by Albanian newspaper <a href="https://gogo.al/ekskluzive-kontrata-sekrete-e-qeverise-me-pfizer-per-vaksinat/">Gogo.al</a>.&nbsp; Biber then was able to locate the digitally-signed <a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/2files/manufacturing-and-supply-agreement-between-pfizer-and-brazilian-federal-government/">Brazilian contract</a>, and at least two others, one with the European Commission, and the other with the Dominican Republic.&nbsp;AFLDS Chief Science Officer <a href="https://americasfrontlinedoctors.org/2frontlinenews/former-pfizer-vp-calls-presumption-of-coincidence-in-death-following-covid-19-vaccination-a-lie/">Dr. Michael Yeadon</a> responded to the revelations after perusing the Albania contract, saying it "looks genuine." He continued: "I know the basic anatomy of these agreements and nothing is missing that I’d expect to be present, and I’ve seen no clues that suggests it’s fake."&nbsp;Yeadon noted what he found "the most stunning revelation," citing the clause that stipulates “if there are any laws or regulations in your country under which Pfizer could be prosecuted, you agree to CHANGE THE LAW OR REGULATION to close that off.” (emphasis his)&nbsp;In a <a href="https://twitter.com/eh_den/status/1419653002818990085?s=20">Twitter thread</a> that has since been removed except the first tweet in the thread, Biber explained the significance of the revealed agreements: "Because the cost of developing contracts is very high and time consuming (legal review cycles), Pfizer, like all corporations, develop a standardized agreement template and use these agreements with relatively minor adjustments in different countries.&nbsp;"These agreements are confidential, but luckily one country did not protect the contract document well enough, so I managed to get a hold of a copy.
